Over the years, trial lawyers built the reputation of our firm.  Today, our lawyers continue a strong emphasis in litigation.  In 1988 the Minnesota State Bar Association certified the first group of Civil Trial Specialists.  Three members of Lano, Nelson, O'Toole & Bengtson, Ltd. were included--only five firms in Minnesota, regardless of size, has as many.
Our commitment is that our clients will receive vigorous advocacy.  The ability of our lawyers to call upon their experience in litigation strengthens our ability to counsel our clients in negotiation and in the prevention of disputes.
